I'm Nick Cozier, a Barbados-born, London-based Senior Brand & Creative Designer with 8 years across brand identity, campaign, motion and digital design. I think at a directorial level but stay close to the craft, because that's where the best work comes from.
I've spent 8 years building brands from the ground up and delivering them at national scale. At Hearst, I led digital design for Tier 1 partnerships across a 22.6M+ monthly audience, including WhatsApp UK's privacy campaign, and I still work with Hearst's in-house studio, HearstMade, today. At VML, I was part of the team behind the Boots Brand Refresh, a national campaign with 99% UK reach. Most recently, I was sole digital designer at The Standard, leading design for premium brand partners within a commercial studio reaching 300k+ daily readers.
In 2024 I founded Cozier Design to bring that same thinking to independent work. Through the studio, I'm Creative Director for RESET Barbados, building the brand from launch, and sole creative for Perkins & Sons, an 80-year-old Barbadian rum house I've owned end to end since 2018, identity, packaging, photography and web, across its full spirits portfolio including Hopewell Distillery's small-batch release.
Every project starts with the same question: what should this make people feel? From there I work across creative direction, art direction, brand identity, motion design, photography and website design, staying close to the detail at every stage, because that's where the difference is made.
I'm open to Senior Designer roles, agency or in-house, wherever culture, craft and a real story meet.
